We understand that people like to train in different ways, either on an individual basis or with a group, therefore we offer different formats, from personal training, fixed group training (where you can regularly train with your friends or team mates) or group classes.
Kinnect Studio is equipped with a wide range of pilates equipment which our trained instructors use to help clients connect to their bodies at a deeper level to help strengthen their core muscles and mobilise their spine and joint effectively. Pilates is a great way to strengthen those, often neglected smaller muscles that regular workouts often miss.
This is a unique system which utilises a specialised piece of equipment that helps incorporate multiple joint movements that strengthens and stretches at the same time, this helps improve coordination, range of movement as well as strengthen muscles, ligaments and tendons. This form of exercise has been used for rehabilitation, helping people with functional daily activities as well as athletes and performance sports.
Prefer to have a more 1 on 1 approach to training or do you prefer to work as a team to stay motivated towards a common goal?
